Friday went by with me continuing to work with invoicing. The SIMU system is a virtual service, and its a part of the different practice centers around the country. All the new orders and trade offers that the company receives come through the SIMU. The service is completely browser based. Everything from creating package lists to sending electronic invoices to the other SIMU companies is done through this system. The system seems to have a variety of different functions, but its all in Danish, so that makes it harder to figure out.
There was a kind of restaurant corridor at the school on Friday. The students, who were by my understanding finishing their studies, were holding an info about a chosen firm they had created, and people would go around asking them about them, and making notes. I was told that it is something the students do every year here. After the workday I went to a colleagues 20th birthday party. It was nice getting to chat with people from the office outside of work.
On Saturday we went to Aarhus, to see the old town and to do some shopping. All the buildings were of a very old age, and it was nice to be able to see how people had lived a long time ago. We were accompanied by the Italian students, who had been staying at Tradium during the previous week. I got to meet another student from my Hyria on the trip. Her name is Natalja. She studies on the painting side. It was nice to get to speak Finnish again in person.
Aarhus was pretty crowded once we got to the main street. There were a great deal of shops all around.
You seem to have interesting time there in Randers, Alexandro! How excellent your English skills are! Have a nice time there and enjoy your last week!
